DESCRIPTION:Class Description \nGentle Vinyasa Flow will focus on breath and coordinating breath with movement through traditional asanas (yoga poses). Appropriate for all levels including those with no experience. Mats and straps (or belts or scarves) are good to bring if you have them as well as water and comfortable layers. \nThe class will be held under the Oak Tree’s on the Vista’s lawn area by the event center.
