Do you know the schedule for the trains?
No, we do not. The railroad station is not permitted to share that information with the general public.
Do you provide food and wine tastings?
Yes, we do. Once a client has officially booked their event (i.e. paid the deposit) we can arrange a time within the month leading up to the event date to prepare a food and wine tasting. We permit up to 2 people to be present for these tastings. If a client is interested in having more than 2 people, charges will be applied for each additional person.
Do you require security guards for events? And, do you provide them or do we need to hire them?
We do require security guards for events with more than 100 guests. Per every 100 guests one secruity guard must be present.
Can I bring in outside catering?
We do not permit outside catering. Our fine catering cuisine is part of our business.
Can I bring in my own liquor?
Due to our current licensing we are not permitted to serve hard liquor on our grounds.
Does your staff set-up decorations (centerpieces, guestbook table, etc)?
Our highly qualified staff is eager to assist with the set up or take down of decorations. We have a hourly rate which we charge for these services.
Do you serve the head table?
We serve the bride and groom, being that they are the guests of honor.
Do you offer a no-host bar option?
We do offer a no-host bar option. We do require that the client pays for the bartending services. Beer and wine is sold at a no-host bar with a cash or credit card payment option.
What happens if our guests go through all of the alcohol we purchased?
We have our own inventory that we offer for Vista hosted events that we can use. At the time that this is needed, we sell based on bartender’s choice.
Do you offer children’s menus?
We do offer a special children’s menu for a group of 20 or more children.
Do you have highchairs or booster chairs accessible?
Yes we do. We ask for advance notice so we can make sure they are easily accessible.
Do you require we use certain vendors (photography, florals, bakery, etc)?
We do not require that you use specific vendors but we do have preferred vendors that we are happy to recommend.
Do you have portable heaters if needed?
Yes we do. We rent them individually as needed.
Do you have any decorations that we can use?
Yes we do. We have a rental catalog with pricing details as well.
